About Our Office Location
Please be advised and understand that Perry's Computer Services is a home office business (not a brick-and-mortar location) and is not open to the public for walk-in service without an appointment. If you would like to drop off your computer for service, please call and speak with us first.
If a client prefers, I can arrange a pickup time, transport the computer to my shop, and then return the computer at a time that is convenient for the client.
Some issues can be resolved with an on-site service visit negating the need to transport the computer from the client’s premises.
For more complex issues where I have to take the computer to my repair shop, the expected turnaround time is 24 - 48 hours unless certain parts need to be ordered.
